Appearance

Rosa frambuesa brillante con burbuja fina y persistente. Espuma rosada de buen cuerpo.

Nose

Frutos rojos frescos (fresa, grosella), notas florales y toques de bollería. Fresco y afrutado, con la expresión propia del cava rosado catalán.

Palate

Fresco, frutal y muy agradable. Burbuja cremosa, acidez equilibrada. Final corto pero limpio y sabroso. Ideal como aperitivo o para acompañar postres de frutas.

Description

This cava is produced using the strict traditional method, in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and it is subsequently aged in perfect cold, undisturbed conditions in underground cellars for a minimum of 12 months. The Trepat and Pinot Noir grape varieties have been used.
