Blancas: Viognier.

Tintas: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuela o Cariñena y Monastrell.

D.O.P. Pago de Vallegarcía is a Vino de Pago located in Retuerta del Bullaque (Ciudad Real), in Castilla-La Mancha. It is known for French-inspired wines made from international varieties.

The presence of varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot reflects a clear Bordeaux influence, while Syrah and Viognier bring a profile closer to Rhône varieties.

The vineyard lies in the Montes de Toledo, in a Mediterranean forest setting near the Cabañeros National Park. The winery sits at roughly 850 metres above sea level, which helps the grapes retain acidity and freshness despite the area's continental climate.

The D.O.P. covers white wines, single-varietal reds and multi-varietal reds.

The reds are usually marked by structure, concentration and ageing potential, combining ripe fruit, spicy notes and nuances from ageing. Viognier produces aromatic whites with volume and good fruit expression.
