Rojo rubí intenso con ribetes granate. Capa cubierta y muy brillante. Lágrima grasa.

Nose

Fruta negra concentrada (mora, ciruela), notas de violeta, especias finas y un elegante mineral. Expresión cuidadosa y elegante de Ribera del Duero con influencia bordelesa.

Palate

Taninos sedosos, cuerpo pleno y acidez equilibrada. Final largo y persistente con notas de fruta, especias y mineral. Vino de gran elegancia y personalidad.

Description

For this wine, plots over 75 years old are selected, with very low yields, located in high-altitude, poor soils, with the intention of showcasing the concentration and potential of the old vines in the La Aguilera area. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden vats, and subsequently, malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out in new French oak barrels.
