Nose
Fruta roja madura evolucionada, notas de tabaco, cuero, especias y un fondo mineral. La crianza en roble bien integrada con el paso de los años.
Palate
Fresco y con buen equilibrio, taninos integrados y sedosos. Acidez que mantiene la vivacidad. Final persistente con notas especiadas y de fruta evolucionada.

Description

Color: Intense cherry red with garnet edges, reflecting its aging and evolution.

Aroma: Complex and elegant nose, with predominant notes of ripe black fruits (blackberries, plums), well integrated with spicy nuances (vanilla, cloves, pepper) and balsamic and liquorice touches. Subtle toasted and smoky aromas from the ageing in barrels may also appear.

Taste: On the palate, this is a structured wine, with firm but polished tannins, good acidity and a balanced body. The flavours replicate the notes of ripe fruit along with hints of cocoa, wood and sweet spices. Long and persistent finish.
