El Syrah del Ródano septentrional en toda su pureza. Fruta negra —mora, arándano— con llamativas notas de pimienta negra, aceitunas negras, carne ahumada y violeta. Elegancia y carácter norteño.
Palate
Elegante y bien estructurado, con taninos finos y bien integrados. Acidez que aporta frescura y verticalidad. Final persistente con retrogusto mineral y especiado muy característico del Saint-Joseph.

Description
Jaboulet Saint-Joseph La Croix des Vignes 2023 represents the essence of the prestigious Saint-Joseph appellation, located on the western bank of the Rhône Valley. Made exclusively with Syrah grapes selected from vineyards on granite slopes, this wine combines elegance, complexity and a marked expression of its terroir.
At first glance it presents an attractive deep ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose it displays an intense aromatic range where ripe black fruits stand out, such as blackberry and currant, accompanied by notes of black pepper, licorice, violets and delicate toasted nuances from its aging. The palate is broad and balanced, with fine, well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity and a long, persistent finish that reflects all the nobility of Syrah from the northern Rhône.
Ideal to accompany red meats, lamb, game, traditional stews and aged cheeses. A wine with personality, elegance and capacity for evolution, perfect both to enjoy now and to store for years to come.
