Description
Castro Candaz Finca El Curvado is an oenological jewel born on the steep slopes of the Ribeira Sacra, in Galicia. Made by Raúl Pérez and Rodrigo Méndez, this 100% Mencía wine comes from a unique plot—"El Curvado"—that stands out for its orientation, altitude and slate soils.
On the nose, it is presented with surprising elegance: fresh red fruit, floral notes, herbal touches and subtle minerality. In the mouth, it is juicy, balanced and with a vibrant acidity that lengthens the finish, leaving a refreshing and persistent sensation.
A limited production wine that combines Galician tradition with the modern interpretation of one of the most renowned winemakers in Spain.
