Nose
Syrah de perfil atlántico. Fruta roja y negra fresca —frambuesa, mora y arándano— con llamativas notas de pimienta negra, violeta y un fondo ahumado y mineral de terroir frío de Santa Bárbara.
Palate
Elegante y preciso, con taninos sedosos y buena acidez. Nada de pesadez, todo gracia y verticalidad. Final largo con recuerdos de fruta, especias y mineralidad.

Description
A nuance of charred earth opens with notes of violet anise Flavigny eucalyptus, sour cherry and lavender ; the animal quality from the vineyard one its flavor and acidity with a lovely texture. A lot HE it reveals itself over time in the cup , all of this wrapped up in a spiced ending .
This is an elegant and agile Syrah that the old vines of a vineyard hyperocest they seem offer easily.
