Uno de los grandes rosados de España. Tempranillo con Garnacha. Fruta roja fresca (fresa, frambuesa), flores de pétalos de rosa, notas cítricas y un elegante mineral de Navarra.
Palate
Fresco y muy elegante. Acidez precisa, paso de boca fino y delicado. Final largo y mineralizado. Referencia absoluta de los rosados españoles de alta gama.

Description
Collection 125, born 125 years after the first exports from Chivite, is the ultimate expression of a family tradition that dates back
1647. It is the culmination of eleven generations who have lived with the desire to offer a wine worthy of the finest tables.
The secret to its success lies in the Legardeta estate, located 40 meters from Pamplona and at an altitude of 580 meters, at the point where the Atlantic and continental climates converge. This location allows for the slow and complete ripening of the grapes, which is key to this wine.
