Verdejo de pie franco (sin injertar) de Rueda, único en su expresión. Hierba fresca, hinojo, fruta blanca y tropical, cítricos y un mineral de gran profundidad. Más complejo y profundo que los Verdejos convencionales.
Palate
Tenso y mineral, con acidez precisa. El amargor fino y característico del Verdejo pie franco muy bien integrado. Final larguísimo y muy mineral. Una rareza excepcional de Rueda.

Nieva Pie Franco is an exceptional white wine made exclusively from Verdejo grapes from century-old, ungrafted vines—something extremely rare these days. These vines, located in the town of Nieva (Segovia), grow in sandy soils that protected the plants from phylloxera, preserving their original genetic purity.
This wine stands out for its aromatic depth, combining notes of white fruit, fennel, citrus, and a subtle mineral background. On the palate, it is structured, flavorful, and balanced, with a vibrant acidity that extends its freshness and a long, elegant finish.
