Appearance

Rojo rubí oscuro con ribetes granate. Capa cubierta y brillante. Lágrima untuosa.

Nose

Tempranillo de Ribera del Duero con influencia francesa en su elaboración. Fruta negra madura, notas de cedro, grafito y especias. Elegante y con gran potencial de guarda.

Palate

Amplio y estructurado, con taninos finos y bien integrados. Acidez fresca y precisa. Final largo y mineral. Un Ribera del Duero de estilo refinado y elegante.

Description

Harvested from October 2nd to 11th. Slow and gentle vinification to extract the most subtle tannins from our 2015 Tempranillo grapes. Maceration for 21 to 26 days. Aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels (10% new).
