Made with the Godello variety within the D.O. Ribeira Sacra with reduced production.
After the manual harvest, destemming, crushing and pressing are carried out. It is aged on its own fine lees for a minimum of four months.
After 9 months in the bottle, a balanced wine is obtained that reflects the complexity of the variety.
