Description
Crianza red wine made with Tempranillo (90%), Garnacha (5%) grapes and small proportions of other native varieties exclusively grown in the Rioja Alavesa.
After a manual and selective harvest, the destemmed grapes have been selected by hand, grain by grain, using vibration and weight selection tables. Long macerations and intracellular fermentations with native yeasts in truncated conical stainless steel tanks and oak vats.
