Description
My friend's husband is a semi-sweet white wine with Denomination of Origin Rioja.
Separate fermentation of each variety. White Tempranillo and Malvasía are carried to the end to achieve volume in the mouth. Fermentation is cut off in Sauvignon in search of reducing sugars and the freshness provided by its acidity. Subsequent blending obtaining a balanced wine in terms of alcohol content, sugar and acidity.
