Nose
Elegante y complejo. Notas de fruta blanca —melocotón y pera— con cítricos finos, flores blancas y un discreto toque mineral. La crianza sobre lías aporta cremosidad y profundidad.
Palate
Amplio y untuoso, con buena acidez que equilibra la riqueza del vino. Textura sedosa y voluminosa. Final largo y persistente con recuerdos de fruta, flores y una nota mineral de fondo.

Description
A wonderful accident, with the appearance of some white grape vines, gave way to more than 20 years of research. The result of this effort was the birth of our first white wine, which in the 2020 vintage celebrates its 10th anniversary.
A wine for ageing and of terroir obtained mostly from Sauvignon Blanc, to which a touch of Verdejo is added and a small alchemy of other white varieties depending on the characteristics of the vintage.
The result is an original and surprising wine, intense and characterful, full-bodied, unctuous, with a long and fresh finish. Designed to improve with time, it is a faithful reflection of the personality of our terroir.
