Golden amber with a touch of red.

Nose

Rich notes of golden honey, fruity pears and vanilla caramel.

Palate

Smooth with acidic notes of orange, red apple, licorice and almonds. Smooth and sweet finish with a spicy touch.

An excellent example of how the fresh, citrusy character of our new spirit is softened by double barrel aging. Traditional oak and sherry casks combine to deliver a subtly balanced flavor.
