Tasting notes
Nose
On the nose it is seductive and fragrant. Notes of red fruits reminiscent of raspberries and currants, which combine with balsamic notes and memories of broom flower and underwood. As it spends time in the glass, the different aromas emerge.
Palate
It has a mouthfeel that fills the palate, with a silky and fresh texture that makes it vibrant and balanced. A finish in the mouth that encourages you to continue drinking.

Description
Incubated with whole grapes, cold pre-fermentation and fermentation, with native or indigenous yeasts, for one month.
During this time, several pump-overs and gentle pump-overs are performed. The free-run juice is blended with the first-press juice, the latter being very gentle to extract the essence and quality of the grape skins. It is then aged in 400L French oak barrels, used three times, on its fine lees, with low levels of sulphur dioxide.
Finally, it was clarified, filtered, and bottled.
