Castro Candaz Finca El Curvado is an oenological gem born on the steep slopes of the Ribeira Sacra in Galicia. Crafted by Raúl Pérez and Rodrigo Méndez, this 100% Mencía wine comes from a unique plot—"El Curvado"—that stands out for its orientation, altitude, and slate soils.
On the nose, it presents a striking elegance: fresh red fruit, floral notes, herbal touches, and a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is juicy, balanced, and has a vibrant acidity that lengthens the finish, leaving a refreshing and persistent sensation.
A limited production wine that combines Galician tradition with the modern interpretation of one of Spain's most renowned winemakers.
