Pink color.
Captivating, mature and deep. Combination of aromas of spices, cocoa and fruit (fig, roasted apricot, candied orange), with smoky accents
Broad, intense, succulent, soft and crunchy. The silky sensation melts into a soft, firm and grainy structure, with a slightly vegetal suggestion. The vinosity becomes iodized, saline.
6ºC and 8ºC.
Dom Pérignon Rosé captures the red of Pinot Noir in its original brilliance and cultivates its life force in a bold and distinguished blend. Tempered by a slow and masterful transformation during almost 12 years in the winery.
The explosion of the bouquet instantly evokes notes of raspberry and wild strawberry. The powdery notes of iris and violet quickly mix with the fruit and take root. When you breathe, you finally perceive the touches of greener nuances, reminiscent of privet, angelica and camphor leaf.
The first sensations are tactile, fleshy and silky. They unfold progressively and then become more obvious. The finish is decisive and persists with a perfume of peony and white pepper.
