Tasting notes

Nose

Deep notes of roasted coffee, cocoa, candied orange peel and sweet spices such as cinnamon and ginger.

Palate

A dense and creamy texture with layers of dark chocolate, tiramisu, bitter mocha and dried fruits. Long and elegant finish, with hints of mint, raisins dipped in chocolate and a citrus touch of lime.

Description

It combines old whiskeys from the distillery (some over 35-40 years old) with spirit matured in custom-made American white oak barrels and sherry barrels.
