Description
The funniest product of the Yllera Family. With only 5.5º alcohol, its natural carbonated spark and that sweetness caused by its partial fermentation, makes it become something very special.
It is made by night harvest by machine (to preserve the freshness of the grapes).
Exclusively first-pressed Flor must in a pneumatic membrane press. Destemmed. Cold maceration for 8 hours. Partial alcoholic fermentation at 3ºC for 3 weeks, until reaching 5.5º alcohol (in stainless steel).
Fermentation is stopped naturally to leave natural sugar remains. Clarification and racking. Bottling.
