Straw yellow color with steely edges.

Very intense and complex nose, with notes of ripe tropical fruits as well as apples and syrups.

Balanced and elegant mouthfeel, with a sweet and sparkling entry, due to the natural carbon dioxide from its fermentation. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
