Intense cherry color, very high layer, with a black and shiny background. Slightly open.
High intensity nose, frank and delicate of red and black fruit, spiced clove, vanilla and cinnamon, slightly balsamic, background of toasted bread and some chocolate.
Soft and elegant on the palate, it is fluid, fresh and aromatic, complex. The red fruit prevails over the black fruit at first, from cherry to sour cherry accompanied by very fine tannins. In the center of the mouth it quickly passes through its balanced acidity to give aromatic intensity in the aftertaste, where the spices appear with touches of clean leather, some tobacco in the background and again the fruit, this time black with the vanilla and even some incense, pink pepper mixed with the liquor part of the cherry that gives the appearance of darker fruit. Some toast.
14 - 16ºC
They say that no other winery in the history of the DO has managed to do it. Making a wine of 75% Tempranillo and 25% Malbec in Ribera? And they also say that being the first is incredibly difficult.
Produced in vineyards located in the Matasnos Forest, at 950 meters above sea level, this blend offers a unique wine experience.
