Intense cherry red wine with a high layer.
On the nose with intense aromas of ripe and expressive red fruits, balsamic notes on an undertone of wood highly integrated into French oak.
In the mouth it is a wine with a very expressive structure with velvety tannins and personality. With a long and persistent finish
Hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes. Once at the winery, they are stored in a cold chamber until the grapes reach 40°C. Destemming and double manual selection of bunch and berry, in which any remaining stems, raisined or unripe berries are removed.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in 225-liter French oak barrels. For the first five months, each barrel is turned twice a week to stir the lees, thus enhancing smoothness and body on the palate. From May onwards, the wine is left to settle, allowing the lees to settle to the bottom by gravity and be separated by racking. The wine then rests in barrels for a further eight months at a temperature of 160°C until bottling.
