Palate
In the mouth it is agile, unctuous and long-lasting, but with the character marked by a unique variety such as Tinta de Toro. Memories of ripe fruit in jam return to remain in the mouth for a long time.
Description
An explosion of red and black currants alongside cherry provides a wine
surprisingly fruity. We achieve this flavor thanks to cool soils and
sandy and good pre-fermentation maceration.
