Ausàs Interpretación is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, produced by Ausàs Bodegas y Viñedos under the direction of renowned winemaker Xavier Ausàs. It is a single-varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) that reflects Ausàs's personal vision after more than 25 years of experience in the region.
The grapes come from different vineyards with varied soils, cultivated by winegrowers committed to quality and sustainability. Vinification is carried out separately according to the origin of the plots, using stainless steel and cement tanks to respect the characteristics of each terroir.
The wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, mostly 225 and 500 liters, with 30% new wood. This combination allows for a complex and balanced evolution of the wine, which is bottled unfiltered to preserve its authenticity.
Ausàs Interpretación is an elegant, powerful and refined expression of Ribera del Duero, combining tradition, oenological precision and respect for the vineyard.
