Compleja y elegante. Fruta negra muy madura —ciruela, mora y arándano— integrada con notas de crianza de calidad: cedro, vainilla, trufa y especias dulces.
Palate
Amplio y sedoso, con taninos maduros y bien pulidos. Gran estructura y equilibrio entre fruta, acidez y madera. Posgusto muy largo y refinado, de corte clásico riojano.
