Nose
On the nose it reminds us of hay, green apples, freshly cut grass, nuts such as hazelnut and ripe tropical fruits such as banana and pineapple, light and fine aromas of bread and pastry crusts.
Palate
In the mouth it is persistent, fatty, ripe and with good balance and acidity.

Description
100% Chardonnay from our vineyards located in Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena. The grapes were macerated for 3 hours to be fermented at a very low temperature (15°C). The wine remained in contact with its yeasts and lees until bottling.
