Aromas of ripe pear, loquat and fig. The base is deep with hints of white chocolate, gunpowder and fine herbs such as oregano and thyme.
In the mouth it enters subtly to give way to a marked tension. The nerve and salinity dominate the passage through the mouth. The finish is of harmonious persistence.

Description
Durante las últimas cosechas, la técnica se ha ido depurando hasta lograr un vino con un perfecto equilibrio. Las uvas proceden de la Finca Tremoedo, con muy bajos rendimientos, donde se han hecho podas en verde, deshojado y donde las vides de más de 40 años crecen sobre suelos de "xabre" o "granito meteorizado".
