Smooth and fruity, with delicate intertwined flavors of honey, candied fruits and deliciously sweet citrus. Long and rich finish, with a delicious touch of siling labuyo chili at the end.
Description
It is made with molasses from the Negros region, known for having fertile soils and high-quality sugar cane production.
It's not so much a pure aged rum, but rather a "spiced/infused rum" with botanicals. That is, the base rum is blended with local botanicals after distillation.
