Tasting notes

Straw yellow with intense greenish edges. Clean and bright.

On the nose, medium-high intensity, green apple and lemon peel stand out. Memories of stone fruit (white plum).

In the mouth it is fresh, where citrus fruits repeat and there is a memory of aromatic herbs. Elegant final bitterness.

Made with grapes from vineyards in the Val do Salnés. The vineyards are grown on sandy loam, granitic and slightly acidic soils.
