Nose
The character of Chardonnay is faithful and very distinctive, the first aromas reveal notes of citrus fruits such as lemon. Then come the aromas of white fruits, spring flowers (lily of the lily, honeysuckle, magnolia) on a slightly minty fatty background.
Palate
Then the intensity becomes more precise towards yellow citrus fruits, grilled notes and some aromatic herbs. Finally, the density increases and we perceive the minerality of the terroir. The finish reveals notes of acidity.

This is the third limited-edition Carbon champagne for Bugatti since their partnership began a few years ago, following the successful EB.01 collection, launched in 2018 to celebrate the firm's 110th anniversary.
