Appearance

Maroon red color, covered.

Nose

It retains nuances of ripe, rather red fruit (blackberries, plums, cherries), accompanied by smoky, spicy and balsamic notes that make it fresh.

Palate

Fluid and enveloping red that drinks very easily. Tasty and balanced, its finish brings back memories of ripe fruit, juanolas, spices and toasted wood.

Description

In the winery, the grapes are moved gently by gravity, without pumps. The grapes arrive destemmed and whole at the tank. They are then aged for 12 months in 225-liter French oak barrels from various forests.
