The Rapolao from La Vizcaína de Vinos is a wine of great elegance and freshness , a faithful expression of its terroir of origin. It is a serious, fluid and expressive wine, it shows a more notable acidity than other wines from the winery, with a silky mouthfeel and enviable harmony. It combines intense balsamic, almost menthol and eucalyptus notes, with wild berries and small flowers.
El Rapolao is a plot located on a north-facing slope with quite a slope. Being so inclined, it does not allow for working with machinery. We are faced with a floral delight, with a fine mouthfeel and vibrant acidity. An interesting fact: it is the wine from Raúl Pérez's favorite vineyard, a plot that no one wanted because there was a lot of botrytis.
