The palate is soft and honeyed, with a bold and juicy blackberry flavor, followed by notes of creamy vanilla, honey and a soft touch of oak. A soft and persistent, fruity finish, with a warm touch and nuances of dried fruits and spices.
Jack Daniel's old No.7 Tennessy is a whiskey filtered drop by drop through three meters of saccharine maple charcoal and matured in own-made barrels. This Tennessee Whiskey does not follow a calendar. It is ready when the master distillers indicate it is based on its appearance, its aroma and, of course, its flavor.
This is what Jack Daniel did in person more than a century ago. And that's how we continue to do it today.
