Cognac Fine Champagne: Made exclusively with grapes from the two most sought-after regions of the designation of origin: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. This combination gives it exceptional finesse and aging potential.
To achieve the complexity that characterizes it, the spirits that compose it are aged in French oak barrels for a significantly long period, far exceeding the legal minimums required for the XO category.
