El Albariño de Fillaboa en toda su expresión. Fruta blanca —melocotón, pera— y cítricos sobre notas de flores blancas y una mineralidad granítica del Val do Salnés. Fresco, aromático y muy elegante.
Palate
Fresco y equilibrado, con buena acidez y un volumen en boca característico del Albariño de calidad. Final salino y mineral de gran persistencia. Un Albariño de referencia del Salnés.

Description
Fillaboa Albariño 2023 was born in one of the most emblematic historical estates of the D.O. Rías Baixas, located on the banks of the Tea River. Made exclusively with Albariño grapes from our own vineyards, this wine faithfully expresses the freshness, elegance and personality that have made this variety an international reference.
It has an attractive bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers great aromatic intensity, where white fruits such as apple and pear stand out, accompanied by citrus notes, memories of stone fruits and delicate floral nuances. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and silky, with a perfectly integrated acidity that provides liveliness and a long, clean and very pleasant finish.
Its fresh and gastronomic profile makes it the ideal companion for seafood, fish, rice, sushi, Mediterranean cuisine and appetizers. An elegant and versatile Albariño that transmits all the essence of the Galician Atlantic landscape in each glass.
