Sourced from sustainable vineyards overlooking the Tasman Sea, this wine expresses the fresh, mineral character of its maritime terroir.
The name Tiritiri , meaning "to scatter" or "to sow generously" in Māori, reflects the open and generous philosophy behind its creation: a Chardonnay that seeks to share the purity of the terroir rather than the artifice of the winery. Aged with delicate lees work and fermented in neutral barrels, it achieves a fluid, balanced, and vibrant texture, without losing the elegance that characterizes Neudorf.
